Post-Construction Cleaning
for Commercial General Contractors

Full-Scope Post-Construction Cleaning Services

Our rough clean phase is performed while trades are actively working on-site. We remove heavy dust, debris, and construction residue so the next trade can work efficiently without contamination or rework.

  • Removal of drywall dust from sanding, cutting, and finishing
  • Sweep and vacuum of floors (floor protection remains in place)
  • Dust removal from walls, ceilings, and exposed ductwork
  • Cleaning of window frames and sills (window film remains protected)
  • Wipe down of protected countertops and surfaces
  • Cleaning of newly installed trim and door frames
  • Removal of bulk debris and packaging materials
  • Trade transition cleaning prior to paint, flooring, and finish installs
  • Paper / floor protection pull (Ram Board, poly, or surface protection removal prior to final phase, if scheduled)
  • Coordination with superintendent regarding protection that remains in place

Our final clean is performed after major trades are complete and floor protection has been removed. We detail every accessible surface, remove fine construction dust, and prepare the space for inspections, punch lists, and tenant/owner turnover.

  • Detail dusting of all accessible surfaces (tops, ledges, trim, shelving, built-ins)
  • Clean interior glass and frames (remove dust, stickers/labels as applicable)
  • Wipe down doors, frames, and hardware (handles, push bars, kick plates)
  • Clean restrooms (toilets, urinals, sinks, mirrors, partitions, fixtures)
  • Clean breakrooms/kitchenettes (cabinets exteriors, counters, sink, backsplash)
  • Final wipe of walls & vertical surfaces (spot cleaning for smudges, fingerprints, light marks)
  • Vacuum and mop exposed floors (by flooring type)
  • Baseboards, corners, edges, and detail vacuuming (fine dust removal)
  • Remove remaining labels, protective film, and light residue (as approved by GC)
  • Trash removal / reset (bagging, liner replacement; haul-off quoted if needed)
