Rough Clean (New Builds & Remodels)
Our rough clean is performed during the final stages of construction to remove heavy dust and debris without disturbing ongoing work. We focus on dust control and safe removal of construction residue so the home stays clean, organized, and ready for the final detailing.
- Removal of heavy construction dust and debris (top-to-bottom dust control)
- Sweep/vacuum floors and common areas (finish-safe methods)
- Dust removal from trim, ledges, windowsills, and accessible surfaces
- Clean window frames and sills (remove dust and loose residue)
- Light wipe-down of doors and surfaces as needed to reduce tracking and re-dusting
Final Clean / Walkthrough Ready
Our final clean is the white-glove detail performed once major trades are complete and floor protection has been removed. We detail every accessible surface, remove fine construction dust, and prepare the home to look its best for the builder walkthrough and move-in.
- Detail dusting of all accessible surfaces (tops, ledges, trim, shelving, built-ins)
- Clean interior glass and frames (remove dust, fingerprints, stickers/labels as applicable)
- Wipe down doors, frames, and hardware (handles, knobs)
- Kitchens: exterior cabinet faces, backsplash, counters, sink, fixtures
- Bathrooms: tubs/showers, tile surfaces, mirrors, chrome polish
- #Floors: finish-safe vacuum and mop (edges/corners detailed)
